Summer concerts at Rome's Casa del Jazz
Annual summertime concerts at Casa del Jazz from 1 July-5 August.
The summer jazz festival at Rome’s Casa del Jazz offers concerts by important Italian and international acts over five weeks.
Under the theme "Jazz is Now", the 2018 line-up begins on 1 July with a performance by Enrico Rava/Danilo Rea Duo, and ends with a concert by Swing Valley Band on 5 August.
In between there are performances by Pietropaoli – Zanisi – Paternesi Wire Trio (8 July), Ottolini – Bearzatti Licaones (9 July), Camille Bertault Trio (11 July), Tony Allen (13 July), Giovanni Guidi - Fabrizio Bosso (15 July), The Freexielanders (18 July), Randy Weston (19 July), Corey Harris (22 July), Vijay Iyer Sextet (23 July), Dee Dee Bridgewater (24 July), Tanotrio featuring George Garzone and Leo Genovese (25 July), Paolo Fresu/Chano Dominguez Duo (26 July), Steve Coleman & Five Elements (27 July), Big Fat Band (29 July), Giuliani – Biondini – Pietropaoli – Rabbia “Cinema Italia” (30 July), NTJO New Talents Jazz Orchestra (31 July), Lizz Wright (2 Aug), Chansons! (3 Aug), and Piji Siciliani (4 Aug).
