The British School at Rome will host a talk by the British architect John Miller on Mon 30 Jan at 18.00. The talk is one of a series entitled "Spaces for Art", which addresses the relationship between art and architecture. Throughout the year the school will invite a number of eminent British architects to lead discussions on museums, galleries, exhibition designs, collectors houses and artists studios. John Miller, who kicks off the initiative, was professor of architecture at the Royal College of Art and has worked on spaces for art in London such as the Tate Britain, the Serpentine Gallery and the 20th century gallery of the National Portrait Gallery. Entrance is free and there will be consecutive translation into Italian.
