Running all week at the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre, the 2005/2006 mens and womens autumn-winter collections get their first public outing at the Madrids increasingly important twice annual International Fashion Week (SIMM). With ever more care and attention being committed to design quality, SIMM involves the participation of top design firms offers buyers a large range of options. The is a strong multicultural aspect thanks to the increasingly prominent role played by Latin American designers and outfitters next to the top European fashion houses and labels. Now in its 53rd edition, the fair is expecting 1,012 companies, representing some 1,580 labels making it a record-breaking edition and one of Europes top fashion events. Registration costs 23, or half that amount if you register online.
