Vatican Museums stay open for Abruzzo.
The Vatican Museums are having a special Sunday opening on 10 May from 09.00 to 14.00 (last entrance at 12.30) to benefit families left homeless by the 6 April earthquake in Abruzzo. The museums will be donating all proceeds collected that day to the relief effort, while museum employees will be donating a day of work.
The museums are ordinarily closed on Sundays, except for the last Sunday of the month when entrance is free. Ordinary ticket prices are
