A special Roman edition of Monopoly, the world’s most popular board game, will be launched officially in Rome on 23 November.
The game, which is based around the domination of the market through the acquisition of property, will feature Rome landmarks such as the Colosseum with streets including Viale Trastevere and Via del Corso.
There are plans for a city-wide Monopoly treasure hunt starting from Rome's Termini Station on 24 November while the next there will be a "human-sized" Monopoly game on a giant board at MAXXI.
The Rome version follows the successful release of the special Naples edition.
