Obicà Parlamento is the first Mozzarella Bar in the world: it was established in May 2004 in the historic center of Rome.

With its friendly welcoming atmosphere, Obicà offers a genuine Italian dining experience centered on the freshest Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP paired with other authentic products from Italy’s rich regional heritage.

Located on the corner of Via dei Prefetti, Obicà brilliantly combines the appeal of contemporary design with traditional Roman features, such as the airy archway and Doric columns that lead the way into the dining area. The outdoor patio, well-protected and heated in winter, provides the perfect setting for our guests to experience the authentic charm of the city center while overlooking Piazza di Firenze.
