Open for al fresco lunch and dinner, Unique al Palatino is the garden restaurant of the four-star Kolbe Hotel Rome, located about mid-way between the Roman Forum and the Circus Maximus.

Menu highlights include tagliolini al limone with prawns and ginger; tuna, swordfish and prawns seared with a gelée of beetroot and orange jelly; or fettuccine with wild boar ragù and ricotta.
