Around Sound Festival.
1-30 June 2007. This jazz festival takes place in the open air arena of the La Palma jazz club and the programme is divided into two sections: the first is dedicated to new trends and talents, the second features concerts that are linked to other musical genres, world music and other arts. Many Italian names appear on the programme, which however also has a good offering of international artists such as the Evan Parker Trio, Marc Ribot, the Ray Lema Trio and Roy Ayers.
