The newly-restyled Suburra 1930, restaurant and cocktail bar, is located in Piazza della Suburra in the city's central Monti neighbourhood.
Chef Alessandro Miotto's menu ranges from dishes based on traditional Roman fare to world cuisine, accompanied by signature cocktails made by Suburra 1930 bartenders.
There are also light "street" offerings based on the baccalà theme, with five variations of ingredients: fried, raw and marinated fish, meat and vegetables.
The venue is spread out over two floors, with a terrace, and its trendy décor alternates dark and bright colours with marble and gold effects.
Open daily from 18.30 to 02.00, as well as lunch Sat-Sun.
