Villa Massimo Open Studios

26 March. The 2015 scholars of the German Academy at Villa Massimo open their studios to the public for the first time on Thursday 26 March from 19.00-21.30.

The “Open Studios” event is the first major appointment of the year on the academy’s cultural calendar. This year it includes the work of 11 scholars working in five categories.

Visual art: Marieta Chirulescu, Maix Mayer, and Karin Sander; architecture: Michael Hirschbichler and Jorg Sieweke; musical composition: Saskia Bladt and Vassos Nicolaou; literature: Eva Menasse and Steffan Popp; practical arts: Bettina Blümner and Tobias Müller.
