International Jewish Culture Festival in Rome
Rome hosts the 12th edition of Ebraica: Festival Internazionale di Cultura, taking place in the city's Jewish Ghetto area, from 22-26 June.
Under the theme Space: The Final Frontier, the five-day festival includes Jewish-related debates, books, meetings, exhibitions, dance, music and food, and opens as usual with the Notte della Cabbalà on 22 June.
A special guest this year is Katharina Kubrick, daughter of the famous director whose movie 2001: A Space Odyssey is celebrated with an exhibition of memorabilia.
