AICR Lecture: Becoming a Fit Star with guest speaker Coach G at SJU, February 6th

AICR in collaboration with St. John's University invite you to a lecture on "Becoming a Fit Star" on Wednesday, February 6th. Certified Personal Trainer "Coach G" will speak about the fitness and nutrition tips you need to achieve all of your goals, and also what mentality you must possess to become your most confident YOU. Topics will range from appropriate calorie intake to setting fitting goals for your lifestyle. It is never too soon nor too late to treat your body right! At the end of the talk there will be an open round-table style Q&A for Coach G, so bring your questions and be ready to change your life. Coach G is an American born Fitness Coach who has been involved in the fitness, nutrition and sports performance field for over 10 years. He has been featured as a guest expert on ABC's "Lets Talk Live", CNN's "Medical Minute" and WTOP's "WTOP Living". He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a Master�s of Science from Cal Penn University in Exercise and Health Promotion. Besides his degrees he holds many top level fitness and nutrition certifications. Coach G has made it his life work to impact the lives of others through positive motivation and fitness coaching. He prides himself in approaching fitness from a holistic point of view. "If we train the mind, the body will follow" He currently is the owner of Coach G Fitness, an English speaking fitness company based in Washington DC and Rome, Italy. This lecture is free and open to all. Reservations are strictly required by noon, February 6th for security reasons. Non-AICR members are permitted to attend one lecture a year.
