On Sat 7 Feb the Democrats Abroad is holding its national caucus in Rome to select delegates to represent Italy in the regional caucus in Scotland (26-28 March), at which nine representatives will be selected to represent Democratic voters abroad at the 2004 Democratic National Convention (26-29 July in Boston). Representatives of Democrats Abroad will be in Rome at the Economy Book & Video Center, Via Torino 136, on Fri 13 and Sat 14 Feb, 11.00-15.00, taking registrations from US citizens wishing to vote by absentee ballot in the upcoming elections. Democrats Abroad are also registering voters in Bergamo, Bologna, Florence, Milan, Naples, Syracuse and Turin.
