Sunday bus schudule change.
The company that runs Rome's buses and trams, ATAC, has announced that it will improve its Sunday services to get passengers to places of culture and entertainment more easily. The alterations will come into effect from Sun 28 Nov and cover routes mainly in suburban areas.
ATAC has also recently introduced experimental screens at some major bus stops to give information about times and delays along the route. There are also useful television monitors in some new buses with route guides, announcements about cultural activites and advertising. Tickets still cost only 1 and last 75 minutes, in that period you may take any number of buses or trams anywhere in the city
For information about bus route changes see the ATAC web site www.atac.roma.it or tel. 800-431784
