Morisette headlines free concert
Canadian singer Alanis Morisette will be headlining a free concert in Piazza del Popolo on 12 July, which will also see performances by Britain's Craig David and Will Young and Italian stars Velvet and Nicol Fabi. The musical marathon is scheduled to begin at 20.00, with Morisette the last act to take to the stage at 23.30. Up to 100,000 people are expected to attend the event, which will be shown on four big screens set up around the square.
