Prison for Victor Emanuel.
Victor Emanuel di Savoia, the only son of the late last king of Italy, is under arrest and in prison in Potenza, in the southern region of Basilicata, accused of being the leader of a group involved in illegal activities, ranging from gambling to money laundering and running a prostitution racket.
Victor Emanuel, who was born in Naples in 1937, was sent into exile with his family after the Italians voted out the monarchy in 1946. He was only allowed back into the country in 2002.
