13 Dec 2003-21 Mar 2004. The most famous room in the Galleria Borghese, the Sala del Gladiatore, has been recreated as it used to be in the 18th century before Napoleonic occupation. The Louvre has lent the Roman museum the ten famous sculptures that used to form an integral part of the Borghese collection, but not the Gladiator.
