15 Nov-6 Dec. This festival of arts and creativity is designed to enhance three Roman neighbourhoods, and is organised by Open City Roma. Urban spaces around the districts of Mandrione, Pigneto and Marconi will be enlivened with art, design, photography, architecture and performance, by artists and creatives who live and work in the three neighbourhoods. The site-specific works will offer each area a "new perspective on the city, its perception, its fruition, and its future", according to festival organisers.
