Guinness World Record for St George's School Rome

59 different nationalities share continental breakfast.

St George's British International School in Rome has been awarded the Guinness World Record for 'Most Nationalities Sharing a Continental Breakfast'.

The school received the accolade after it sought to create the new world record by hosting a breakfast for 59 students and staff members from 59 different countries, in June 2016.

All 59 staff and students were part of St George's which boasts more than 70 different nationalities. Located in La Storta in north Rome, the St George's senior school has 460 pupils.

In recent weeks the St George's junior school in Rome and its 160 students relocated from the Nomentana district to Via di S. Maria Mediatrice near St Peter's.
