Geyser erupting near Fiumicino

Geysers, from three to five meters high, have started erupting gases near Fiumicino, just next to the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport boundaries. According to the fire department the gases, if inhaled, could turn out to be dangerous.   

To avoid further risks, the area has been closed to the public. No disruption to the airport activity has been reported.
