La Dolceroma has been Rome's Austrian pastry shop/bakery since 1988 and, in addition to Austrian fare, it also produces American specialities.
Its pastry chef Stefano Ceccarelli comes from an old restaurant family. He gained extensive experience in Vienna and America before opening La Dolceroma. Ceccarelli's emphasis is on quality and tasty handmade produce, baked daily using the healthiest ingredients.
On offer is cheese cake, carrot cake, cookies, brownies, muffins, pies, sacher, Dobos, Mozart cakes, strudel, mozartkugeln, Austrian rye and spelt bread.
