A dance weekend takes place at St Stephens School Sat 29-Sun 30 May, at 19.00 each evening. Performances will feature dances choreographed by the students, aged 14-18, of the arts department, and directed by dance teachers Roberta Garrison and Alice Drudi. Garrison is a well-known dancer, choreographer and teacher who has been working in Italy for over 20 years. The dances will be accompanied by mezzosoprano Susan Long Solustri, a former teacher at the school, and musicians Richard Trythall a composer and concert pianist who heads the arts department at the school and Jiri Slavik, a fourth-year student who plays the bass. Admission is 5 for adults and 3 for students.
