US ambassador points to Movimento 5 Stelle as example for young

The United States ambassador to Italy, David Thorne, has told young Italians that it is time to act on behalf of their country.

He told high school students at the prestigious Liceo Classico Visconti in the centre of Rome: “I know there are problems and challenges in this moment, problems with meritocracy, but you can take your country in hand and act, like the 5-Star Movement, for reform and change. I hope that many of you will make a positive contribution in this sense for your country.”
