Rome city museums free on Sunday 1 September
Municipal museums in Rome free to residents on 1 September 2019.
Rome's city-run museums are open free to residents of the capital on Sunday 1 September.
The initiative also includes free access to temporary exhibitions at the city museums, with the exception of the shows Roma nella camera oscura and Fotografi a Roma at Palazzo Braschi and Claudio Imperatore at the Ara Pacis museum.
