Probe after rapper posts live video from driver's cabin on Rome metro

Gast posts 13-minute video from inside cabin on Rome's Metro B.

An investigation is underway after a rapper known as Gast entered an unlocked driver's cabin on one of Rome's Metro B trains where he posted a 13-minute live video to his fans on Instagram.

The rapper, whose real name is Manuel Gastrite, remained completely undisturbed in the cabin, at the opposite end from the direction in which the train was travelling, between the underground stations of Castro Pretorio and Monti Tiburtini.

Rome's public transport provider ATAC has opened a probe into the efficiency of its security measures following the incident which Gast has described as an "artistic gesture."
