Cat light shows on Rome monuments

Luxmuralis video shows moving images of cats on Rome sites.

A video showing stunning imagery of cats pouncing, playing and grooming themselves, projected onto Rome buildings and monuments by night, has gone viral on social media.

The playful imagery of cats and kittens is accompanied by original music composed by English artist David Harper whose sound art installations combine his musical compositions with video and film.

Harper is part of Luxmuralis, a collaborative team of artists from different backgrounds and artistic disciplines who create works across multiple media formats.

The one-off installation took place in Rome in February 2019. Enjoy.
