Personal Training sessions are challenging - they are supposed to be. Showing up on time, working hard both mentally and physically and being committed to changes are all part of a health and fitness journey. Goals require patience and persistence and that's where I come in. All of this can seem overwhelming - from not knowing where to start, how often to exercise, what training is right for your goal, what food changes to make.. I will help you navigate through all sorts of questions and concerns, all while implementing the changes needed for serious long term health.

All of my Personal Training sessions are held outdoors in Rome so you can get the most out of the fresh air and spend more time outside - which I believe is very important! I am a certified StrongFirst SFG1 Kettlebell Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pre & Post Natal Trainer.
