Getting to know Italy means knowing its history and tasting the flavours of its cuisine, learning how to prepare those recipes that you will bring back home as a memory of the pleasant experience spent in the city.
“A Cooking day in Rome” will guide you through an historical, cultural, gastronomic path along the streets of the center of Rome between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.
Following the footsteps of history we will share a unique experience that will take us to the famous street markets, like that of Campo dei Fiori. There in the atmosphere of ancient Rome we will choose the best ingredients to prepare the typical dishes of the roman tradition.
Cooking classes will take place in my loft near largo Torre Argentina, in the art of the ancient city,
a perfect location with a stunning view over the “romanticissimi” rooftops.
My kitchen will be the place where I will teach you how to prepare Italian and roman recipes and where we will taste them all together, also for a dinner or an event..
