The Spritz is a wine-based cocktail popular as an aperitivo in Italy.
It has a relatively low alcohol content and is prepared with prosecco and a dash of aperol. It is generally served in a tumbler or large balloon glass.
The drink is topped off with soda/sparkling water and ice, and garnished with a slice of orange.
