Laura Ansaldi is an Italian soprano, 35 years old and recently moved to Zurich. Her voice is characterized by a remarkable versatility that allows it to range over a vast repertoire: Started as a dramatic soprano of agility, her vocal talent is able to perform other titles, ranging from chamber music to sacred music. She has great concert and operatic experience, gained both in Italy and abroad with orchestras around the world. She starred in numerous operas always in lead roles (such as Tosca, La Traviata, Madama Butterfly ...) A voice teacher and chairman of the committee in several international competitions. Now the Italian spokesperson for the new Enrico Charles Humanitarian Organisation – Literary Award Italy a positive award for inspirational stories of people overcoming a disability. The award is established in the UK since 2010. Laura Ansaldi currently collaborates with opera companies, theaters, arts organizations, public or private, in Switzerland or abroad, for productions of operas in lead roles or for recitals and concerts as a soprano soloist.
