Anyone who feels they have been the victim of excessive charges, poor service or inefficiency can take their gripe to a new consumer complaints office in the city or telephone the complaints line.
Late buses, stiff restaurant bills, missing bulbs in streetlights, exorbitant taxi fares whatever the problem, the new service run by the city council aims to ensure that someone is willing to listen to complaints, give advice and keep a record of the allegations made.
Unhappy customers can visit the complaints office at Viale Trastevere 66, Mon-Fri
09.00-13.00, or call 0658157959 during these hours to discuss their grievances. There are plans to open a complaints counter in every municipio in the city.
