Beth Hillel Roma (BHR) is the Reform-Progressive Jewish community in Rome which is affiliated with the World Union for Progressive Judaism (international network of Progressive communities) and the European Union of Progressive Judaism (regional network of Progressive communities). It conducts religious services for Shabbat and holidays; operates a Talmud Torah school for children including preparation for Bar and Bat Mitzvah; helps families celebrate life-cycle occasions; offers an internationally recognized conversion program; and organizes Jewish cultural activities for its members and those interested in the Rome Jewish community.
