Rome bus strike on 18 November

Rome bus companies Roma TPL and Cotral go on strike.

Rome bus services operated by Roma TPL and the regional Cotral bus company will be affected by a 24-hour strike on Monday 18 November.

The strike, against late payment of workers' salaries, will be in place from 08.30 to 17.00 and from 20.00 until end of service.

Services are guaranteed during the rush hour periods: in the morning until 08.30 and in the evening from 17.00-20.00.

Roma TPL operates around 100 bus routes connecting central areas of Rome to the city's suburbs while Cotral operates regional bus routes around the capital. 

The following Roma TPL services will be affected: 08, 011, 013, 013D, 017, 018, 022, 023, 024, 025, 027, 028, 030, 031, 032, 033, 035, 036, 037, 039, 040, 040F, 041, 041F, 042, 048, 049, 051, 053, 054, 055, 056, 057, 059, 066, 074, 078, 081, 086, 088, 088F, 135, 146, 213, 218, 226, 235, 314, 339, 340, 343, 349, 404, 437, 441, 444, 445, 447, 502, 503, 505, 541, 543, 546, 548, 552, 555, 557, 657, 660, 663, 665, 701, 702, 710, 711, 721, 763, 764, 767, 771, 777, 778, 787, 789, 808, 889, 892, 907, 908, 912, 982, 985, 992, 993, 998 e 999, C1 e C19, C6, C8.  

The strike will not affect Rome's buses, trams and metro lines operated by ATAC.
