This sophisticated vegetarian restaurant is active since 1979 and offers rich and varied menus that change according to seasons and range from raw and cooked herbs to artfully mixed vegetable dishnes, polentas, tagliatelle, cheeses and mozzarellas, home-made pasta, risotto and cous-cous, cakes and desserts, all prepared with mostly organic ingredients and offered with an elegant presentation. You can select one of the ready menus or choose your dishes "à la carte"; vegan dishes and menus are available too. There is a rich offering of red, white and sparkling wines and liqueurs.
