Blackmarket - Monti
This multi-purpose cultural and social venue is both a wine bar and bistro where guests can enjoy a cocktail, piadina or cup of tea while viewing an art exhibition or enjoying a concert or live dj set.
Located in the Monti district, Blackmarket has an authentic underground ambience, helped by its softly-lit funky vintage decor. The food menu includes organic produce as well as a decent selection of desserts and wines. Each Sunday evening it offers a buffet from 18.30-21.00.
A central feature of Blackmarket is its Unplugged in Monti initiative, involving intimate acoustic performances by indie musicians, usually foreign bands, on a regular basis.
Blackmarket also has a sister location nearby - Blackmarket Hall on Via de Ciancaleoni - and another in the S. Lorenzo quarter.
