13 Sept-6 Jan 2013. Casina di Raffaello hosts this exhibition, entitled Simone, the Adventures of a Super-rabbit, dedicated to the illustrations of the French-American artist Stephanie Blake.

On display are a series of original tables by Blake, for the first time in Italy, as well as some foreign editions of Simone’s stories, which underline the worldwide success of this protagonist.

The rabbit Simone, characterized by large ears and by a strong character, is particularly appreciated by kids. In Blake’s short stories Simone lives his daily adventures, rich in discoveries, emotions and sometimes fears in dealing with the first day of school, the first love and the birth of a brother. Simone’s colourful world is told by Blake in a very simple and synthetic language.

A guided tour through this exhibition includes the reading of Simone’s stories as well as a playful workshop for kids aged three and older.
