Sabatelli and Pirandello

An exhibition of drawings by Luigi Sabatelli (1772-1850) and Fausto Pirandello (1899-1975). Sabatelli was an Italian painter of the Neoclassic period, from Florence, while Pirandello was a Roman painter attached to the Scuola romana art movement, and was the son of Nobel laureate Luigi Pirandelli. Curated by Rita Camerlingo, this is the beginning a series of exhibitions which, with quarterly rotation, will display some of the museum's collection on paper from the 19th and 20th centuries. Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna (GNAM), Viale delle Belle Arti 131, tel. 0632298221, www.gnam.beniculturali.it.
