30-31 May. A new project called GRANPALAZZO takes place at Palazzo Rospigliosi in Zagarolo, a small town south-east of Rome, during the weekend of 30-31 May.
The first edition of this two-day exhibition-event is designed to encourage an authentic dialogue between artists, the audience and professionals with the contemporary art sphere.
GRANPALAZZO involves a small group of pioneering artists supported by active and research-based galleries from the international art scene, with each room in Palazzo Rospigliosi exhibiting the works of two artists.
The event also includes a programme of performances, curated by Ilaria Gianni, and a series of special projects organised by NERO (Rome), Lulu (Mexico City), cura. (Rome), The Green Parrot (Barcelona), happening inside Palazzo Rospigliosi and around Zagarolo.
The participating artists come from Algeria, Argentina, Croatia, Cuba, Germany, Italy, Moldavia, Poland, Portugal, the UK, US, and Switzerland.
