Botero exhibition in Rome
5 May-27 Aug. The Vittoriano presents Italy's first major retrospective dedicated to the work of Fernando Botero, the Colombian artist famous for his so-called Boterismo style which depicts people in exaggerated sizes.
The exhibition comprises some 50 works spanning the lengthy career of the 85-year-old artist, with paintings from 1958 up to 2016 on display.
