It’s where you can shape up with gym, beach volley, weight lifting, cycling, rowing, striding, strike Zone, Jekore FTC, a Parkour area, martial arts, a water area, a skate park, an ice skating rink, boxing rings and more.
A brand new “Humanezone” offers total wellness thanks to the rediscovery of the four elements of air, water, earth and fire – and their fusion with the oriental philosophies of yoga and pilates. Well over 300 fitness instructors in 100 different disciplines welcome beginners and experts of all ages. Last year’s successful run with over 400,000 visitors has led organisers to provide evening entertainment, a larger relaxation area and special activities for children and teenagers.
