How does the cost-per-viewing system work?
The cost-per-viewing system for your banner campaign means that you are only paying for the number of times that your banner is actually seen on our site. All you have to do is to decide how many times you want your banner viewed, starting from a minimum of 5,000 times (cost €50).

How long will it take to use up my budget?
There’s no fixed period. It depends on the flow of traffic on our site and the number of banners running at the same time. The more viewers there are on the site, the more quickly the number of the viewings you ordered is used up.

Why do I sometimes see my banner more often than at other times?
Your banner is rotating with other banners on our site so you won’t always see it. Sometimes it may be rotating more quickly than at other times. If there are a lot of viewers on the site but only a few banners running at the same time, your banner rotates more quickly. If there are fewer viewers but a lot of other banners, it rotates more slowly. But you will always have the number of viewings you have requested.

How can I be sure that my banner has been seen for the number of times I have requested?
Your control panel automatically counts this for you and tells you how much credit you have left.

How do I pay for my campaign?
You can pay with your credit card online.

How can I get a banner designed for the website?
You can either have it made by your own graphic designer or you can send us the details and we can make it for you.

What must I send you to make my banner?
It couldn’t be easier. Send us four lines of text and not more than three photos and a logo (not larger than 50 kb each). We will do the rest.

Do I have to pay for your design?
Yes, you will have to pay a €50 fee, but your banner can then be used again and again.
