New map to assist parents with crèches near Rome’s metro lines.
A new map showing Rome’s kindergartens in their proximity to the capital’s metro stations has been launched on social media by the website Giulia sotto la metro.
The map, which features asili nido that are public or managed in tandem with the city, has been released as parents begin the process of applying for crèche places for the 2017/2018 school year.
The subway-style map is the latest in a series created by Giulia sotto la metro – a website containing stories and photographs relating to Rome’s metro network – and follows similar maps showing Rome’s museums, theatres and police stations.
