We are looking for an Operations Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, managing and streamlining our company’s general activities to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
General duties include, but are not limited to:
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Improve and maintain a filing system and CRM
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Prior experience in the testing and assessment industry is a plus
